Description: Isleton is reviving its Fathers' Day festival with a weekend of Cajun & Zydeco (and some good ol' Southern blues), food from beignets to crawdads and etouffe, with clowns and carnival fun for families.

Attendance: At its peak, 100,000 - but the last festival was 2008, so we are hoping for about a quarter of that or more as we kick off the new festival.

The Chula Vista Animal Care Facility will be on-site with a list of adoptable dogs and cats that are waiting to find a loving home. Many dogs and cats from this event will be available for adoption. Shelter representatives will be available to answer your questions about pet adoption and pet care.
The Pet Fest will also feature licensing, an adorable pet fashion show, music, pet and human food, contests, and much more. All proceeds from this year’s event will be donated to the Chula Vista Animal Care Facility.
