Description: The Livingston 4th of July Committee will be hosting their Annual 4th of July Festival and Fireworks Show. The Celebration is held in Honor of our Men and Woman in the Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters; and in Memory of those who made the ultimate sacrifice to give us the freedom we all enjoy. Proceeds benefit Central Valley Honor Flight who charters planes that send veterans to Washington D.C. in commemoration of their sacrifice, and in honor of their service to our country.
THE BIGGEST FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR in the Valley is held at Memorial Park and Livingston High School July 3 – 5, 2015. In addition to the Fireworks Spectacular, the event will provide a fair-like atmosphere with the Paul Maurer Shows Carnival (Thursday July 2nd to Sunday July 5th), Live Bands, a Classic Car Show, and lots of food and craft vendors. The Livingston 4th of July Festival attracts an average of about 40,000 spectators from around the valley over the course of the three day event. The CLASSIC CAR SHOW will be held on Saturday July 4, 2014 at 9:00 am with a parade of classic cars starting at the TA Truck Stop and ending at Memorial Park. We invite all to come out and enjoy the Parade of Cars from B Street to Main Street and Into Memorial Park. We will have plenty of water rides to keep the crowds cool including Bumper Boats, Walking on Water, and Water Slides for the Kids.

Description: Established in 1986, the Mendocino Music Festival was the dream of former principal bassoonist of the San Francisco Symphony, Walter Green (1926–2007), Allan Pollack and Susan Waterfall. The Festival is a magical blend of fine music by outstanding performers in one of the most enchanting sites in Northern California. Evenings include orchestra concerts, Big Band, chamber music ensembles, dance, blues, jazz, world, folk, bluegrass and popular contemporary music. Daytime concerts include lecture/recitals at the Piano Series, a performance by participants in the Emerging Artists Program, and small concerts in intimate venues throughout the historic towns of Mendocino and Fort Bragg. Description: Historic Marysville, California expects 30,000 visitors for its 15th Annual Peach Festival, July 18 and 19. Admission -- and parking -- is free. Marysville, once Californias third largest city when it was the gateway to the gold fields, enjoyed a second Gold Rush a century later when it was producing half of all canned peaches in the world. The fruit is still grown in many varieties by local family farms. The two-day festival, known around and beyond California, features many inventive ways to savor the flavor of the fruit. Fresh peaches, peach ice cream, cobblers and pies, shakes, smoothies, candies, sodas, peach-basted barbecue are just a few of foods offered. There also are non-edible peach products, as well as various games, rides and childrens amusements. Live entertainment on the Festival Stage includes performances by Guilty Again and Tijuana Taxi. Pies, pastries and preserves will compete at the Tasty Treat Challenge,with entry fees for competitors going to benefit the local community
food pantry. Also scheduled: a pancake breakfast, 5K Run/Walk and the Azzurri Peach Classic soccer tournament. The festival runs Friday, July 17, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday, July 18, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., all along D Street, just a block east of Hwy 70 and two blocks south of Hwy 20. Presented by the Oxnard Downtowners, the annual event features spicy food and top notch music and entertainment, attracting an estimated 45,000 salsa lovers to the City of Oxnard for the two-day action packed celebration. Everything salsa – the food, the music, the dance – is on the menu of this popular regional festival. Event highlights include Main Stage entertainment with Salsa and Latin Jazz bands; the Salsa Tasting Tent, featuring over 50 different salsas; an eclectic vendor marketplace; international foods; Kids Korner attractions; a salsa recipe contest and more.
